Heating & hot water

In the mountains more than elsewhere, it is important to reduce our consumption of water and energy. 

A wood boiler is located in the centre of La Plagne and supplies hot water and heating to all the buildings in the resort.

The apartment is recent and is rated B on the Energy Performance Certificate. The central heating is regulated by a thermostat that controls and limits the temperature. We have added rapid radiant heaters in the bathrooms just in case.

To reduce water consumption, the showers are equipped with thermostatic taps with water limiters, and those in the sinks are equipped with aerators.

Leave your vehicle in the secure garage and use the free shuttles available for your trips between resort areas.

Sleeping in proper bed linen is mandatory.

Obligation to sleep in sheets (fitted sheet + duvet cover + pillowcases). You may bring your own bed linen or rent it from the concierge by booking at least 10 days before your arrival. A fee of €250 will be charged for disinfection and washing of the bedding if you have slept directly on the protectors.

Damages

If you break or misplace an item, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can replace it. Depending on the item, you will be charged at its purchase price. Any damage will be billed according to the cost of replacement and repair.

It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment. (charging of €100 for disinfection) You can smoke on the terrace and must collect your butts before your departure.

Reservations are firm and non-modifiable (unless agreed).

- Full refund of the deposit if cancelled 60 days before arrival
